Heat: Receive a 29yo starting power forward under team control who would be a great fit next to Adebayo and Butler. Brogdon would also slide in perfectly as a starting PG next to Herro OR as the team's new 6th man of they want his scoring on the second unit. They lose a shooter off the bench, but Brogdon covers most of that loss.
Blazers: Continue to accumulate young players (Jovic) and draft picks. This also reduces their long-term contractual commitments (Grant no longer makes sense for this rebuilding team) while opening up playing time for Robert Williams in the starting unit (not sure if Ayton/Williams can coexist, but it's a time to experiment).
