Lakers- Lakers get a much needed centre in jarret allen. Jarret allen is a great defensive big that will pair perfectly with Luka as we saw in Dallas with Gafford. I know there is better centres out there but this is the best value.

Cavs- The cavs try to duck under the second apron with giving away allen. They are in a similar situation to the celtics as both are great teams but need to get under the 2nd apron. Its really who is better evan v allen the clear choice is evan so this is why the should trade allen.
