Mavs - They build up new young core, duoing Zion, Kyrie, and Coop which will turn out to be an AMAZING big three if Zion and Kyrie are healthy. With that trio, they could make the Finals as a 1, 2, or 3 seed. Their lineup would be (for the playoffs) Kyrie, Coop, PJ, Zion, Dereck Lively which is VERY good in the West
Grizz - The Grizzlies obtaining LaMelo Ball is a harsh improvement over Ja because LaMelo plays games and is a team leader. Their lineup could be LaMelo, Jaylen Wells, Cedric Coward, JJJ, and Zach Edey. They would probably place 7th in the West to kickstart a BRIGHT future
Hornets - The Hornets gaining Anthony Davis is VERY good for them. After trading a great center in Mark Williams, their next best option is someone who is on the trading block, being AD. While they do lose a PG in LaMelo, they will be recharged enough to get good picks and hopefully go for the Larry O'Brien in a couple years. Their lineup would be: Tre Mann, Kon Kneuppel, Brandon Miller, Miles Bridges, Anthony Davis
Pels - The Pelicans getting a new start with Ja could be just what they need to become great. While Ja is injury prone, he is still an improvement over a guy who gains weight and is out for an entire season. Also, for the Pels, giving up someone who hasn't made an All-Star Game for someone that has is a major improvement. The Pels' new lineup would look like: Ja Morant, Jordan Poole, Herb Jones, Saddiq Bey, and Derik Queen
