In this trade, the Bulls finally decide to to rebuild. The value of DeRozan and LaVine is not the highest but hey, they just gotta do it. They can‘t be paying LaVine 40+ mil a year without going anywhere. So, they‘d be getting Harris, who could be bought out to create a roster spot and develop a young guy or help as a vet. Then, the second biggest contract is Simmons. This is interesting because it‘s basically shortening the amount of „bad“ high contract years and I‘m actually still intrigued how he could work if he just has shooters around. (White, Williams, Vucevic are all very good shooters) Also, they receive 3 FRP, the most interesting ones being the ones from Philly.

PG Maxey SG Caruso SF DeRozan PF Batum C Embiid

Then we have the Sixers who imo are better off with DeRozan. He can take a little bit of pressure off of Maxey as a ball handler and is just still a bucket. I‘m also curious if he can change his game a little bit and take a couple more spot up threes. Another big piece in this trade is Caruso who has a lot of value as a 3 and D guy who is also a decent decision maker.

Last but not least the Nets who I still see as buyers just because of the fact that they don‘t own their own pick this season. They could also go the other way and rebuild tho … LaVine could give them some more scoring punch and they could be a special offensive team.
