The Big Prize: Blazers swap Simons, Reddish, 2026 1st and a second for Jaylen Brown and Payton Pritchard in a sign-and-trade. Dame gets the All-NBA level help he needs, and Brown is the perfect wing to play with him. Dame can finally play off the ball a little, and Brown can slash and kick to his heart's content. Pritchard, #JustAKidFromWestLinn and a UO legend, is an old-school table-setting point guard who has been wasting away at the end of the Celtics bench. He gets a chance with his hometown team to really contribute.

Solving the Shitshow at Center: The Blazers find a team to take Nurkic's contract. San Antonio has cap space galore and gets a strong tough center to protect Wembanyama. Blazers have to throw in the #3 pick in this year's draft to make it worth it for the Spurs. In exchange, the Blazers welcome back Zach Collins. But he's not starting, he'll be backing up one of the most underrated centers in the league who's a free agent: Nikola Vucevic. An elite rebounder who can play make as well, Vucevic is a massive upgrade from Nurkic.

Resignings: Blazers bring back most of their bench, including the key pieces of Thybulle and Winslow.
