Pistons: would be immediate contenders

Grizzlies: Replace JJJ with Bam, while stacking up their bench.

Heat: Go into rebuild with Jrue giving them leadership, and would most likely do future trades.

Lakers: get the center they need and a young one, while getting a solid SG.
