Lakers
The Lakers give up a decent bit, but they become a significantly more adaptable, Luka-style roster. We've already seen what he can do with Kyrie and Gafford. With Jabari, LaRavia, Smart, and Hayes in the mix, the Lakers can actually contend moreso than is the case right now.
Hornets
LeBron finishing his career out with a two year stint in Charlotte may seem crazy (and will most assuredly not happen), but imagine this current Hornets team if they swapped Bridges for LeBron. I legit think they could win the East next year, and there's a lot worse places to be than sunny NC.
Mavericks
The Mavs recoup some draft assets while getting younger and clearing long-term cap. Re-signing Coby is a priority, and given how good Cooper is right now, they could trade future compensation very quickly and start building toward a legit championship team.
Rockets
Rockets give up some redundancy for an elite young scorer. Pairing Reaves with Amen in the long-term, and KD in the short-term is elite.
