Denver will veto the Saric/Valanciunas trade unless Sacramento gives them a reason not to and a reason to eat the 10mil cap hit Jonas would leave behind in a buyout. Without any reason to do so, Denver will just take back Saric for 5mil rather than eating 10mil in dead cap.

If Denver rescinds the trade then the Kings will be unable to sign Schroder. Denver has the leverage here, use it.
