Think of this as 2 trades. The Heat get Durant to try and make a run next season while the Suns get Wiggins, a young player coming off a shaky 2nd season but showed some promise his rookie year, Robinson's expiring and a pick swap and a future first, both of which are unprotected. The 2nd trade keeps Miami from being hard capped at the 1st apron, getting Clarkson as well. Utah does it because they jump from 43 to 20 in the draft and don't really lose anything while doing so (Clarkson wasn't much of a factor for them last season). The Suns get the Jazz second because NBA trade rules state that in a three team trade everyone has to touch everyone in a 3 team trade so they swap 52 for 43 with the Heat.
