This trade only happens if the nets don’t want want to resign Thomas to the deal he’s looking for, which I think the Lakers would. This move would likely move Bron to being their point guard and have cam and reaves be their starting guards. I think those Lakers picks have a decent amount of value and are probably the best you can get for an expiring Thomas. I would maybe consider trading out Finney Smith for Schroder if that would make more sense. Also Maybe a pick swap in 2030 that’s more favorable to the nets
