Why Each Team Does This:

Miami Heat: With Tyler Herro becoming better with his playmaking Lowry really isn't needed on the team. The perfect player to match Herro with is a 3 and D player like Wright. Wright can guard the better of the two guards on the floor while also not taking the ball out of Herro's hands. Kuzma brings the heat everything they need at the four position. Rebounding, Scoring, and defense. Kozma's offense can also help out the heat when they get into a scoring drought because he can take the ball off the dribble and score, catch and shoot, and drive and kick out to the open player.

Washington Wizards: With Kuzma More then likely out after this season a good return would be a competitive player who can help them achieve the playoffs and a shooter who can hold his own on defense. They also add another pick to their arsenal. That pick with some of their picks and Lowry's contract and a young player could net them the next disgruntled star in the offseason.

San Antonio Spurs: They take on one year contracts and get two second round picks.

Lineups:

Miami Heat: PG: Wright/ Vincent SG: Herro/ Oladipo SF: Butler/ Martin PF: Kuzma/ Highsmith C: Adebayo/ Robinson/ Dedmon

Washington Wizards: PG: Lowry/ Morris SG: Beal/ Strus SF: Avdija/ Barton PF: Hachimura/ Todd C: Porzingis/ Gafford

Spurs Lineup doesn't change so I won't be adding it.
