First the Pistons trade: Jerami Grant for Colin Sexton + Dylan Windler + 2023 Second Round Pick. Then the Pistons sign him to a 4 year - $70M contract.

Then the Cavs, Hawks, and Jazz join in a three-team trade. The Cavs then sign Hunter to a 4 year - $69.2M contract.

Pistons

The Pistons are rumored to be interested in a scoring guard to put alongside Cade Cunningham. Collin Sexton is only 23 years old and has proven himself of being an excellent scoring option. While his playmaking is not excellent, he would have Cade carry the playmaking role and allow Sexton to thrive. This is a great return for the expiring contract in Jerami Grant. Grant is eligible for an extension this offseason. It could be worth up to $112 million over four years and would tie him to the Pistons until 2027. Do the Pistons really want his contract in the middle of their rebuild? I do not think so.

Cade Cunningham - Collin Sexton - Saddiq Bey - Marvin Bagley - Isaiah Stewart. This is a wonderful new young core!

Cavs

The Cavs are a team that has great guards and great big men, all they need are forwards. Paring Jerami Grant + De'Andre Hunter with Garland and Allen will be extremely fun to watch and effective on both sides of the ball. The only thing the Cavs would need to do is either sign or trade for a SG.

Darius Garland - De'Andre Hunter - Jerami Grant - Evan Mobley - Jarret Allen. Excellent Size and Mobility.

Hawks

The Hawks are interesting. There have been rumors of them wanting to get Rudy Gobert. This is the package I think would be fair. Hunter + Capela + Johnson + Protected 1st for the 3x DPOY? Pretty nice. However, some are saying that the Hawks would not improve if they traded Capela for Gobert. I believe Gobert would improve their defense quite a bit, but they would still need to trade/sign for a lockdown defender. Because if they do not, they will be stuck in the same position the Jazz were in. So, trading Huerter or Collins or Gallinari or Bogdanovic for a perimeter defender would be the next move they need to make.

Jazz

The Utah Jazz is at crossroads. One path is to keep Mitchell and trade Gobert. Another is to keep Gobert and trade Mitchell. Another is to trade both. In my opinion, both players could make it work, but they must drastically improve their game. Mitchell must be more aggressive and consistent defensively. Gobert NEEDS to improve his offensive game. And the front office should have traded for perimeter defenders. However, this is if the Jazz goes down the path of trading Gobert. They receive Clint Capela, who could replace Gobert. An expiring contract and potentially a trade asset in LeVert, a young player in Johnson, and two first-round picks. They could package LeVert + Bojan Bogdanovic/Clarkson/Conley + First Round Pick for some much-needed help.
