5. sign grimes to MLE

6. sign richards to 5mil 1yr contract

7. resign keshad to a two year minimum deal

8. resign Simone to a three year minimum deal

9. Hopefully start contending

10. 2way signings: Tyler Nickel/Vlad Goldin/Josh Christopher
