Portland needs to flip the Herro pick to make the heat trade work, as Herro and Simons have way too similar of playstyles. I'd Imagine they'd draft something like Brandon Miller (3) Taylor Hendricks (11) Dereck Lively (18).

A young lineup of Fultz/Simons/Miller/Hendricks/Lively is pretty encouraging

The Magic could use an upgrade in 3pt shooting, and while they could go for something like gradey dick with the 11th pick, this trade gives them herro, an established 3pt shooter with finals experience who matches the timeline of their players a little better and spaces the floor for banchero on day one. They still draft Ausar Thompson at 6 if he falls that low, maybe Anthony Black if Ausar is taken.

Suggs/Herro/Wagner/Banchero/WCJ would be the starting lineup I'd imagine.

For the Heat, Damian Lillard and Jerami Grant are as good as it can get as far as plugging up the holes at 1 and 4 that Miami has right now. Some of our undrafted guys make it back this year for the bench rotation, and Caleb moves up to the starting 2 guard next to Lillard. Dame is almost a liability on defense so surrounding him with players like Caleb Jimmy Grant and Bam is essentially the only way to make a defense with him on it work. And he will bring the 3pt shooting and ball movement we desperately need.
