1) Dame lands at his preferred destination. But the Heat must take on Nurkic' contract.
2) Blazers flip Herro for KAT.
3) Spurs offer Heat their cap space, and take on Lowry's $29.7 million expiring contract. Lowry becomes the Spurs' veteran leader, a mentor and starting PG. Heat and Spurs also exchange Doug Mcdermott for Duncan Robinson. Similar players, but McD is on a cheaper, expiring contract. Heat save money and gain flexibility for the coming years. Duncan (!) Robinson (!) finally puts on a Spurs jersey :-)
4) I did not overthink the draft compensation part of this trade idea. Basically, Blazers and Spurs receive picks/swaps from the Heat (Blazers > Spurs).
