Miami-
Jrue Holiday- Defense-Minded PG who has taken a few steps back as a player and has a contract that might be difficult to move. Celtics have Pritchard and White to assume PG duties.
Kevin Durant- Still a very good player who is entering the final year of his contract. He will probably have some say in where he ends up and Miami seems the most interested. OKC and Houston have a lot more Draft Capital but will they trade it away for a player who may not want to be there? Maybe, maybe not.
Boston-
Boston get back two Expiring Contracts that saves the team about $90M in Luxury Tax and gets team out of their 2nd Apron Problems.
Rozíer and Love probably don't secure big roles in the Regular Rotation but they are veterans who will provide some Injury Insurance. They're also good teammates who won't rock the boat.
Phoenix-
With Kevin Durant entering his Contract Year, Phoenix probably works with him on finding his next destination. Miami and Phoenix had discussions about a swap at the Trade Deadline. There's reason to believe a deal can get done in the summer.
Miami sends Suns their 2025 1st Round Pick.
Andrew Wiggins - He replaces Durant in the Starting Lineup and provides Perimeter Defense and Secondary Scoring. His salary is about 1/2 of Durant's and has one more year left on the deal for team to use in another trade if needed.
Duncan Robinson- His contract is partially guaranteed for next season and if he is waived in Early July, his team saves $10M in Salary and Phoenix would save about $40M in taxes.
Haywood Highsmith- Mainly in the deal to match salaries. Defensive Player who provides some Floor Spacing but not much else on Offense. He is a favorite of Coach Chris Quinn who is a frontrunner for the Suns Head Coaching Position.
