But the trade machine is saying Suns can't receive Marcus Smart bc salaries are being combined to meet that -- the largest salary I'm sending out is 16.5 for Grayson Allen .

But in this trade the Suns aren't sending two players to any specific team. It's only one player to any other team.

Question: is that right for second apron? I assumed I could have a multi player deal, just that I can't make a two-for-one trade. Cant Phoenix make a multi player / multi team deal?
