I think Mark Williams could play alongside Jokic as a PF because of Jokic's floor spacing, he can sit in the dunkers spot and play similar to Gordon on offense and be a helper on defense swatting shots. He has the foot speed to guard 4s pretty comfortably. Ofc he also gives the Nuggets their first good backup 5 since Plumlee. They also cut salary, dump Saric and get an early second round pick (Should target one of Sion James/Koby Brea/Johni Broome)
For the Hornets it's simple, things have gotten weird with Williams and his future is uncertain for a variety of reasons from the rescinded trade to the health concerns. DaRon Holmes obviously has his own health concerns but I believe his potential is really high and he could be Charlotte's PF of the future.
