Mavs: They have to give up Gafford and take on two expiring contracts to get their 2027 pick back and continue the retool/rebuild.

Thunder: Getting cheaper but still getting a solid center and two picks for Presti.

Hornets maybe they have to give up one of Kalk/Sion/McNeeley to get it done, but I think it’s worth it.
