I had a post similar to this one before, but I've altered it to make it more favorable for the Mavs by including the #28 pick.

Mavs

I think the Mavs will really push to keep Kyrie and build around a Luka Kyrie structure. This trade allows the Mavs to get off a bad contract, add a playoff rotation vet in Olynyk, and split their draft assets into 2. They can either draft guys at 16 and 28, or further use them as trade pieces to build out a roster around Luka and Kyrie.

Jazz

I think the Jazz are going to be aggressive to consolidate assets. It doesn't make sense for them to add 3 rookies to their team this year. Especially with them playing two 2nd year players (Agbaji and Kessler) a fair amount of minutes this upcoming season.

The Jazz have a lot of cap space, and no one to worry about paying big money to for the next two years when Lauri's contract is up. Bertan's 2 year deal will fall off then, or Bertans can be used as salary filler for a big trade next year.

Doing this trade let's the Jazz draft back to back at 9 and 10, and will let them move up aggressively if they have a guy they really want to secure instead of hoping they fall to 16.
