Heat

The heat get Dame to pair with Jimmy and Bam. They keep Martin as a crucial rotation piece, and they still have have a couple remaining guys that should fill a 9 man rotation. Sexton can thrive as a 6th man guard who can score off the bench when Lillard and Jimmy aren't on the court.

Portland

The blazers get Ayton and Jaquez as younger prospects to pair with their current young core, and the 2 most valuable picks the heat can offer (unprotected 28 and 30). They also get off of the Nurkic Contract and bring back Kyle Lowry as an expiring contract who can mentor Scoot in his first year in the league.

Sun's

The Sun's are able to turn Aytons contract into a serviceable big who will require less usage, and Olynyk who can be a great rotation piece on a contender. Both Nurkic and Olynyk are great passers for their position and will help funnel offense to their primary stars.

Jazz

The Jazz bring in a starting shooting guard in Herro, and move Clarkson back to the 6th man role that he thrives in. Herro will get an opportunity to be a larger focal point in the offense next to Markkanen, and his longer contract ensures the Jazz will have him for a while to determine if he is a core piece or someone they will trade in the future as they build around Markkanen. Consolidating a roster spot will also free up minutes for Taylor Hendricks as a backup wing, and may eventually allow Keyonte George to get some regular rotation minutes this season.
