The point of the trade is that the Jazz make a deal with the Bulls to get the 2024 Portland Pick to eventually trade Lauri Markkanen to Portland for a bunch of picks. This would allow Portland to then make a deal for OG Anunoby. The only thing that I'm iffy on is whether Patrick Williams should be in the deal, but it felt like the only way to match Collin Sexton and Jusuf Nurkic.
