If the Jazz get Boozer what if they decide to move on from Kessler to save money? Boozer at the 4, JJJ at the 5. Same could be said for Caleb Wilson to a lesser degree.

I’m not sure if Kessler is better than Kalkbrenner in a few years, but he is more experienced now. They also get off of a poor contract.

The Jazz sacrifice some cap space with Green, but he will be off the books when they need to pay Keyonte. Kalkbrenner is cheap and on a cheap contract, and the first rounder can be used to fill in depth gaps.
