Kings need to go all in right now but I wouldnt trade so much for Cam Johnson. He is a great player but we need to target someone who doesn't make as much money as him. Sabonis is already on a max, Fox will get a max extension this summer, Monk is on a steal of a contract but is still gonna be 20+ million yearly, and Demar fricking Derozan and his horrible contract screws everything up. Crucial role players like Keegan and Keon are up for new contracts in the coming years and we cannot keep them all if we trade for Cam Johnson. That is why I would advise the kings to trade demar for CJ (incl. a third team like the lakers) We need to be financially responsible and this trade does exactly it. I dont really care about our future firsts because if things go horribly we can always trade fox, sabonis, monk, deebo, keegan which will give us plenty of draft capital in the future.
