I've never considered Portis as a gettable trade target, but with the Bucks' starting lineup defense falling off this year, I wouldn't be surprised if they try to bolster it again with someone like Caruso at the SG.

Some of you will probably say that Sac isn't necessary in this trade, but Chicago seems like they need to get younger at this point and why not a couple young raw guys that play extremely hard on the defensive end.

And my thought process with Sac is that they still need a proper backup for Sabonis and maybe even a replacement for Barnes if they decide to move him. Portis is a solid rebounder and high energy guy that won't clog the paint if played next to Fox and Sabonis.
