This trade allows the Kings to surround Acuff Jr with some perimeter D while also signing a lob threat, with Acuff Jr being the best lob thrower and pick and roll player in the 2026 NBA draft class, this will create a really fun team to watch and a good enough team to end up above the bottom three teams. Also, derrick white brings that defense which we need, and even though his three point shooting is not that great, we can still find other options as well.
