Johnson is a legit scorer at the NBA level who can put the ball in the basket at all 3 levels. He's athletic and uses that to his advantage, hitting tough, Ace Bailey-caliber shots day in and day out. Once he gets hot, it's very hard to stop him from getting buckets and penetrating downhill. He's very athletic and has a nice dribble package, which is why it's a mystery as to why he took twice as many jumpers as shots at the rim this year. He has the ability to get to the rack, but relies on his shotmaking ability too much. He's got amazing size and surprising strength which helps him create space and get open. He has defensive potential with his impressive length but isn't the best at creating steals and forcing turnovers as he could be. He's not very good going left and at times shys away from that side of the court completely. He's not elite at getting to the free throw line, as a guy with his craftiness tends to be. Overall, Johnson is a microwave scorer that will be a top 10 pick this draft.
