Fleming is a talented power forward in this year's NBA Draft, and he intrigues scouts with his tantalizing blend of athleticism, versatility, and floor spacing. He's a great athlete who elevates for powerful dunks in transition, especially off two feet. Fleming shot 41% on catch-and-shoot 3s this season. He has a quick, high release which will allow him to get his shot off consistently at the NBA level. In the right system he should benefit from plenty of open chances spotting up in the corners or the wings. He constantly moves without the ball, sets great screens, runs up and down, and looks for chances to get boards. He does what his team needs on offense and brings it on defense as a glass cleaner who hustles and has a nose for the ball. He's a great defender who is a menace on and off the ball with his length and ability to generate pressure. He's not a great mid-range shooter and struggles to create his own shot. Fleming's handle is iffy and he's not a great playmaker either. Overall, he will make an immediate impact but will have to become a better scorer and more of a connecting piece to reach his full potential.
