As much as I love the Knicks, I have to try to be unbiased here: the Cavaliers have a better roster. While it’s close, and it could go either way, I’d slightly lean towards the Cavaliers. They were such a terrific regular season team this year (and for a little in the playoffs), and have an extremely talented team. I think people forget they won 64 games in the regular season, led the league in points per game, 5th in 3P%, and should only really improve.

If you define “greatest of all time” as not just on-court dominance but overall impact, leadership, and post-playing contributions to the game, then a decade-plus of poor ownership can be seen as tarnishing the total package. And this is how I see the GOAT debate. And it makes sense, that constantly messing up as an owner would lower your GOAT status. I would say this is the defining moment when I said, “LeBron might just be the GOAT.”

I like this. However, it really depends on a few definitions. First of all, what’s a “true SF or PF”? A traditional forward? Or someone who just plays those positions? Either way, I think it would be in the Lakers interest to trade him for someone like Lauri Markkanen and guard depth.

That’s a triple valid, best possible bounce back from yesterday’s triple invalid. Hopefully we can keep trending in that right direction.
