Lakers get a center here, but tbh this is a bad move for them. The defensive fit would just be awful unless they plan to play kat at the 4, which means they still have their center issue than. Ofc, the offense would be electric.
If I'm the Knicks though, Idc that bron is 41 next season. Dude is still avg 24 8 and 8 and for a lot of last year he was the lakers best defender. He had a rough start to the season but was a legit top10-15 player from January until his groin injury. Unlike with the lakers, in addition to having another lead guard(just as luka was) to take the brunt of the offensive load, he will also have great defensive infrastructure around him. And think about the legacy if bron brings a chip to NY at the age of 41. Would be nuts.
Also, Knicks should look to sign any of Larry nance, al horford, and/or chris boucher for big man depth if they make this trade, I used larry nance for now.
