The magic get their superstar in Fox to pair with Suggs, banchero, Carter jr. and Wagner. Huerter is added to incentivize the trade for the Kings but also because the Magic are the worst 3pt shooting team in basketball and Huerter looks like curry on that team. They pay a heavy price in picks but they are young and have them to spare. This team will score with authority when healthy.

The Knicks get their perfect defensive reinforcements. Jones and Goga are perfect for Thibs and cement the Knicks bench as a strength instead of a liability.

The clippers make a lateral move. Jones will get less minutes with the return of Kawaii and the team has a need for center depth. This trade provides them with a solid defensive backup center that they are rumored to covet in sims. Also Harris can shoot and is a secondary ball handler on an expiring contract. The picks sweeten the deal. This doesn’t make them better or worse, but still makes sense for salary reasons and depth reasons.
