With the recent rumors of the Knicks looking to get Hart from the Blazers for Hartenstein, this was the deal I could see happening potentially. With the Knicks going hard after Anunoby and potentially getting an off-the-bench player in Hart(not saying he is a bench player, but if we were to get both or just Hart I think Thibbs likes Grimes too much to bench him for hart) it will help fill out the roster with good players to come in and be productive. Also Hart and Brunson played on the 2016 Nova championship that won so Brunson would also probably love this deal.
