Knicks get Keon Ellis who is a 6'6 switchable point of attack defender, as well as a solid off ball defender who's length allows him to play passing lanes well (although he does gamble a bit), while providing solid shooting on the other side of the ball to help with floor spacing. This will allow Mikal Bridges to play more off ball defense and use his length as a help defender (his natural position). Having 3 lengthy, switchable defenders around Brunson and KAT, could potentially ease the defensive liability both pose. Bagley provides solid size and more offense than Hukporti at the backup big in the event Mitchell Robinson goes down to injury or we are dealing with foul trouble. He could also serve as a cheap, but serviceable option to resign in the summer in the event that Mitch walks, if he fits well with the rest of the team. Champagnie is a serviceable wing, who I think would provide good spot minutes on defense (2nd highest defensive rating on Wizards currently).
Kings get a young 6'8 wing in Dadiet who they can afford to give minutes and see what potential he really has. They also get the Wizards protected 1st, that will convert into to two 2nds likely in the low to mid 30s over the next 2 years, which will hold value in them trying to offload other players down the line or they can choose to keep for themselves if players slip in those respective drafts. They also receive an additional 2nd down the road from Boston.
Wizards get Hukporti's expiring deal and Yabusele, who has a french connection with both Sarr and Coulibaly. Yabusele's expiring deal next season may be able to net them an additional 2nd or serve as contract filler if they decide to take some big swings in the offseason/next season. They also get 2 future 2nds, one of which with potential to be high in the 2nd round depending on the moves Phoenix makes regarding the direction they take their team.
