First order of business: The Magic have already made drastic moves this offseason and nothing too large will most likely happen, all of this is theoretical, and none of this is confirmed, I don’t have a job in the Magic FO.
Previous Moves:
•Trade Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, 2025 #16, 2026 Wash Swap Rights, 2028 First Round Pick Via ORL, 2029 Swap Rights, 2030 First Round Pick Via ORL In Exchange For: Desmond Bane.
•Trade #46, #57, 2026 Second Round Pick, 2027 Second Round Pick In Exchange For: #32. (Noah Penda)
•Draft Jase Richardson With #25.
•Draft Noah Penda With #32.
•Decline Mo Wagner’s TO.
•Decline Gary Harris’s TO.
•Decline Cory Joseph’s TO.
•Decline Calaeb Houstan’s TO.
•Sign FA Tyus Jones To A 1 Year 7.0M Dollar Contract. 😭😭
My Predictions For FA:
•Sign Mo Wagner To A 2 Year Contract Worth 14M: Year 1 6.5M; Year 2 7.5M. Reasoning: He’s Good Big Man Depth For Us And We Need To Have Him On The Team For Franz To Be Happy.
•Sign Jase Richardson Two A 4 Year Contract: Year 1 2.46M Year 2 2.61M Year 3 (TO) 2.73M Year 4 (TO) 3.00M. Reasoning: He’s The Perfect Pick For Us And We Hardly Have To Pay Any Money For Him.
•Sign Noah Penda To The League Minimum Across Two Years: Year 1 1.15M Year 2 1.31M. Reasoning: We Only Have To Pay League Minimum For A Really Good Depth Piece, No Brainer.
•Sign Bruce Brown To A 1 Year 6.8M Dollar Contract. (If Possible; Most Likely Won’t If We Do The Rui Trade).
Potential Trades:
•Trade Wendell Carter Jr. Jett Howard, 2026 Second Round Pick Via DET Or MIL, 2030 Second Round Pick Via MIL. Receive: Rui Hachimura. Reasoning: Here We Trade Two Negative Assets, (For Us) WCJ Is Only An Average Center On A Bad Contract, But The Lakers Might Not Think That, They Need A Center Badly So They Might Want Him, Jett Is Salary Filler, And Two Second Round Picks Is Around What I Believe The Difference Is In The Lakers Perspective Value, Maybe It’s Not So They Also Get Off 1.8M Dollars Right Now And All Of This Is For An Expiring Rui, Lowering His Value, He’s A Good Shooter And Good PF Depth In Case Of An Injury To Paolo Or Isaac.
Rotation Prediction: My Guess On What Our Teams Rotation Will Be With Predictions For 2K Overalls.

•Team BPG Leader(s): Goga Bitadze: 1.7: John Isaac: 1.5: Paolo Banchero: 1.2.
Team Identity:
The Orlando Magic will be known this year for being a stellar defensive team that hasn’t taken any steps back and is only gonna get better from here on out, elite perimeter defenders such as Suggs, Black, and Franz Wagner will make offenses cautious of trying to iso or swing passes around the perimeter for threes in spite of the Magic filling passing lanes and intercepting passes. In the interior they have two giants, Goga and Paolo, who rim protect like Wemby together, Paolo pushes the bigs out, and Goga denies them entry to the basket. Offensively they have improved more than the pistons did from 2023-2024, Suggs and Franz come into they’re full potential and Paolo gets a deeper bag and increases his consistency from 3, after acquiring, 3 elite three points shooters in the offseason, (Bane, Richardson, Jones) they have some of the best perimeter shooting to date, flexing they’re triple 41, 41% from 3 for all three. This year will also host amazing slashing because Paolo, the most physically dominating PF will be back healthy and ready to drive, paired with Franz who is one of the most dynamic drivers in the league paired with monster size, Goga catching lobs after double teams and kick outs to Bane and potentially Penda off the bench. This team will be the best young team in the east and go deep into the playoffs.
