NOTE: THIS TRADE WON'T WORK UNLESS ORLANDO MAKES ANOTHER SEPARATE TRADE
I think it is obvious that Wendell Carter Jr is no longer apart of the Magic's long term future, especially since he will be bringing in almost 20 million a year starting next year. My proposition is Orlando trades him off for an expiring wing who can shoot the 3 point efficiently, and that's where Kevin Huerter comes into play. Has done a fantastic job in the short time he has had in Chicago and could fit in at Orlando as a rotational or maybe sixth man for them adding help for Paolo and Franz coming off the bench. The Magic also gets a future second round pick and also bank on the Blazers to make the playoffs to receive a first round pick.
Some Bulls fans may not like the idea of WCJ back in Chicago, but imagine him coming in and them building a twin tower of him and Vucevic this season with Carter playing the 4. I don't know if he could be the answer, but would help bring help down low and help create space.
