FCAPL Introduction

To start off, what is CAP? CAP is Create-A-Player. All people will have to do is create your player and watch him progress. We will be running this on BBGM, the Basketball Simulator. FCAPL can be done in 2 ways, which you all will decide. The 1st option is to start everyone out at a 45 everything. After that you'll decide what you'll run. Everyone will have a certain amount of SP(Skill Points). To earn SP, we will have certain activity checks, and you'll be able to create Articles and Graphics about the league and your player to earn more SP. There will also be Statistical Feats to earn SP: 35+ points, 15+ assists, 15+ rebounds, a triple-double, will get you 5 extra SP. We will cap at 45 SP per month simmed. We could have a week or month per sim, whatever people want.

The 2nd option is to create a player with strengths and weaknesses. For example, you could have a couple attributes at 80, 75, 70 and a couple at 35, 40, 45 and the base would be 50.
