If luka wants out other than OKC no other team have assets to compete. Also the duo of luka-Shai alone would be insane INSANE and they would still have enough cap space to get rotation & a good C.

They sign vets & look to trade for a 3&D guy like OG/Brooks/Hart/ Bruce Brown to play 4 on offense but defend guard on defense for the remaining money left after Turner deal.
