Minnesota gets 2 proven Thunder Killers in Washington and Gafford. Plus they get better defensively (Washington) without losing shooting (38% from 3) or rebounding (7.8 rebounds per game). A wing lineup of Edwards, McDaniels, Washington provides length defense and shooting plus Edwards explosive scoring. This may push Minnesota over the edge as fas as advancing to the Finals.
Pelicans get a good draft pick now and a decent draft pick later. Plus Randle can probably be flipped to someone like the Lakers at the trade deadline for a future first. It's a good return for Jones, a very good return.
The Magic get proven shooting, which they desperately need for some contracts and a pick in the late first.
Dallas gets Dillingham (who I project as a scoring PG of the future) who may be able to hold the fort down until Kyrie comes back. They also get Jones who is a very good on ball defender 1-4. You would also hope his shooting returns to 24-24 form At No. 25 you can draft Coward or Drake Powell. I think this gives the Mavericks the ability to compete at a high level now while also acquiring and developing a young core (Flagg, Lively, Dillingham, Coward, Christie all under 23 when the season starts)
