The East could be historically down next season and wide open for any team to push for the finals, and Orlando could be perfectly positioned to capitalize on that. They just need shooting and scoring punch. KD is a great fit for them. He can provide excellent spacing and scoring off of Wagner and Paolo and maintain their length and size everywhere on the court. This move would allow them to open up a championship window, while still maintaining much of their future flexibility and youth.

The Suns would get a nice mix of assets and role players, allowing them to remain relatively competitive with a much better balanced roster around Booker. They reroute Cole anthony to Dallas, as they don't really need another combo guard, and instead get Gafford, who would being some much needed size and presence on the interior. KCP is a vet who will play his role well, and Isaac is an elite defender with good size as well.

The Mavericks can jump in to rebalance their roster by sending some of their front court depth out to bring in a guard who can both hold down the fort until Kyrie returns and can also play with him after his return. Losing Gafford will hurt but between Flagg AD Lively and PJ Dallas has plenty of depth, plus they could potentially re-sign Kai Jones whop was great in his role at the end of the year.

Brooklyn can help facilitate this trade by taking on a very modest expiring contract in exchange for adding a few more seconds to their war chest.
