Why the Spurs do this: The Spurs would have a dynasty if they do this. Even if they do lose Vassell and some picks. (Which to be fair, I did too many) They have Castle at SG who will fill in perfectly. Their draft picks would get significantly worse, but they would have a great team. And if they get a good pick, they could draft a SF which there are endless amounts in this draft. Cooper Flagg, Ace, VJ are all solids options.

Why the Rockets do this
The Rockets can get a really solid guard to have in their team. Kyrie will bring some experience into this team and ultimately bring a lot more to this team. Reed hasn't lived up to the hype, but the Mavs could revive him into a great guard.
Line-up.
PG: Kyrie SG: Jalen Green SF: Ausar Thompson PF: Tari Eason C: Sengun
Why the Hornets do this.
The Hornets get a solid Center which could help them in the future if they can draft the right guy. Even though some mightnt like it, I think Gafford would fit right into Charlotte. And they could get Williams out to a team to get more talent and picks, to ultimately get a better team. Also there is supposed to be the 27 FRP via MIA
Line-up
PG: 6'7" king SG: Miller SF: Okogie PF: Bridges C: Gafford
Although that could change with the Williams trade
Why the Mavs do this
The Mavs are screwed at the moment, and the only way I see them getting out of this is blowing it up. They get solid value for aging players and cash in them before they Regress and ultimately lead the Mavs having not many talents. They go full rebuild mode and have plenty of picks for the future for a great turnaround

PG: Reed SG: Vassell SF: Brooks PF: P.J Washington C: Lively
