With Lively injured 2-3 months, The Mavericks need a backup center, especially with Powell out too.

(Mavericks do have another 2nd round pick that could go to the Nets also, Fanspro hasn't updated that)

Lyles makes sense for cap if the Kings want to take on Cameron Johnson. Lyles will also provide the depth for the backup power forward position.

Mavericks will want to move Kleber and Nets can absorb both contracts (Kleber & Huerter) for Picks as they'll have plenty of Cap space with Ben Simmons and Bogdanovic contracts Expiring.

Wizards get a 1st round pick from the Mavericks which could be very valuable if the season injuries continue to pile up...I've put no protections on that pick. Powell and Hardy make the money work and Hardy will be able to develop with the Wizards as he is still Raw with high potential.
