This deal gets mavs set up for future moves. In my opinion they offer DeAndre hunter 4y 85m, trade for Donovan with the 5 first and with the 10m Mid level get max Reid. That way we can have a starting line up of Luka, Donovan, Hunter, Dodo and Naz. With a bench of seth,hardy,bullock,kleber,Powell and MCGee. That a good young starting lineup and an experience and deep bench.

Lakers don’t want to get rid of two first but if they get Hardaway that’s perfect for them and also in a team friendly deal they would give up two firsts.

Nets get a starting caliber pg because we don’t know how ben is doing after the surgery or a high level 6th man in dinwiddie, a young player with potential in THT and bertans for some big man shooting because apart from KD no other big man can space the floor. They also get the most valuable laker pick 2029 that we don’t know who might be on the team by then.

I think everyone wins! Lakers get an actual contender, nets get something for Kyrie and that’s a very valuable first and a good player for now and a good player for the future and the Mavs get an experiment for one year and a valuable first that will be used for a blockbuster trade next season and cap.
