The team I have no read on is Charlotte. They're not really in the playoff picture, but also I think when everybody is healthy they can be pretty good and this gives them a frontcourt upgrade in Porzingis and a coveted vet wing in Marshall who also is under contract for another year. Charlotte may have no interest in this but don't know what they really want to do with roster.

Dallas gets off a lot of money and picks up three picks (both picks from ATL project to be late first rounders; pick from CHA is coming back to DAL and holds more value coming back to Mavs than if it stays with Hornets)

Atlanta gets a superstar addition while maintaining all of their long-term key pieces. Opens a three-year window for the Hawks in the East where they would be contenders in a weaker conference.

Dallas would accompany this with Kyrie and Klay trades. Would have to buyout and waive some guys too. Gives Dallas a core of:
