Portland
The Blazers have no obligation to send Dame to where he wants to go, so they send him here in a trade to net them a good amount of assets. They would acquire four first round picks to add some extra assets to their bank. They also would pick up a couple of young players with some real potential in Herb Jones, who is an amazing defender and could grow his offensive game on a team without immediate aspirations, plus Dyson Daniels, who shows a lot of potential as a big guard. The rest is short-term salary filler, but there is a chance that guys like Holmes Boucher and Trent could show out and be flipped for additional assets down the line. Portland could go to a starting 5 of Scoot-Simons-Sharpe-Grant-Holmes while they tank and continue acquiring young talent.
New Orleans
The Pelicans here get a superstar in Dame to form a potentially lethal trio of Dame-Ingram-Zion. If all three of them are healthy at the same time, look out (although that is a MASSIVE if). They would also get a great floor spacer to put around their big 3 in THJ, while still having some real depth with guys like Hawkins, Nance, Marshall, and Murphy. They would have to take on a bad contract in Nurkic, but he can still play. A starting 5 of Dame-THJ-Ingram-Zion-Nurkic (Or Dame-Murphy-Ingram-Zion-Nurkic) is a real contender.
Dallas
The Mavericks are able to jump in to rearrange their roster a bit to be more balanced around Luka and Irving. Valanciunas would be a great 5 to hold down the middle until Lively is ready, and Nance can fill the open 4 spot with some size and defense. Hardy and Curry can fill the gap left by THJ. The Mavs could roll out a starting 5 of Luka-Kyrie-Green-Nance Jr-Valanciunas
Toronto
The Raptors clearly want to compete as best they can, so here they use Boucher to upgrade from Trent Jr to McCollum. CJ can be a great complimentary piece to Siakam and Barnes, and his defensive limitations can be covered up by the size that the Raptors have around them. They could use a variety of lineups dependent on matchup, but a McCollum-OG-Barnes-Siakam-Poeltl starting 5 could cause problems.
