The Wizards seem primed to blow it up, so moving on from their veteran players for future draft assets seems wise. Here the Wiz get Reggie Bullock on an expiring contract who could be flipped at the deadline to a contender, McGee on a small longer term deal, and an unprotected first. Considering that Kuzma is going to be a UFA, this is a pretty solid return.

The Hawks need to shake things up, so moving Capela, who is replaceable with Okongwu off the bench, for a higher draft pick to pair long term with Murray and Young would be a wise move. Grabbing a shooter like Grady Dick could be huge for their spacing. This would also allow the Hawks to open up around 15 million dollars next year in salary as Bertans is only guaranteed 5 million.

The Cavs desperately need shooting considering both their starting 4 and 5 cannot space the floor, so they get a great shooter in THJ to help open up their offense. He would fill that hole at the 3 spot they need. Garland/Mitchell/THJ/Mobley/Allen sounds like a pretty great starting 5 to me.

The Mavericks would fill pretty much all of their holes with these moves. They would be able to bring in a rookie (Jordan Hawkins, Leonard Miller, Coulibaly, Lively, Noah Clowney would all be good options at 15), would have a good center to anchor the defense, would have a bigger wing in Kuzma to help the offense and would have some solid reserve pieces at the wing in Okoro and Osman (he could also be cut to free up salary for the MLE if desired).
