++Wizards++: Trae Young --> He wants to go there and they can acquire him without loosing key pieces. Trae Young besides Elite defenders like Alex Sarr and Bilal Coulibaly could really work out and they keep their pick this season. Potential Lineup: Trae Tre Johnson

++Hawks++ : AD, 1SR, 1 Unprotected FRP, 1 FRP --> Hawks get rid of Trae Young and add AD to their team with literally zero sacrifice. They loose the Pelicans Pick, but they get compensation for that with 2 firsts. Can Build around JJ and Risacher and stabilize their defense with AD.

++Mavs++: Corey Kispert, CJ MCcollum, FRP --> Mavs give up AD, but receive a lot for him. Probably the most u can get. Maybe I am little bit too optimistic but I think this package is possible. Hawks really need size and rim protection and a trade package around Trae Young. Also Corey Kispert and CJ are players that could help Dallas. They really struggle form 3 and creating good looks. In the offseason u could resign CJ for better conditions and let him come off the bench as 6th man, find a sign in trade or use the cap space. Therefore the pelicans pick could give u possibly a player like Aj, Boozer (not a good fit with flagg, would be similar to Wagner and Banchero) and Petterson.
