There are reports that Paolo isn’t happy with the coaching in Orlando. If the Mavs could make a good enough deal maybe Orlando would consider moving Paolo to Dallas. Bane has not played good for Orlando or his contract so he could be worth moving. Orlando would get picks for the future, a star player, and a good enough vet.
