Mavs trade basically 3/4 of the roster for expiring and picks. In this way next season we could have only 71M in salary (+/- 60M available) keeping Luka, Green, Hardy, Dfs and Kleber. If we decide to go full tank we can "sit" luka and try to jump in top4/8 draft. Of course this could be a hard decision having such a star as a main player but IMO is necessary to build a solid future as a contender!

Next year Dallas could sign 3 FA like Brooks (SF), Grant (PF) and Turner (C) with this 60M and complete the roster with minimum deals and MLE. We could also use picks and s&t to get another big player.

LAL use two frps to contend in the LBJ remaining years adding Dinwiddie, Wood and THJ. Starting SD,THJ,LBJ,CW and AD.

CLE could have more defense around Garland and Mitch with Bullock and Bev (basically two expiring) giving away Love and 2 srp via gsw (low value).

SAS is useful to take salary ,swapping contracts (they could receive these 2 srp).
