Indiana Pacers
Easily, since Haliburton will be back and they still have most of the same roster which probably will get better going forward. Since, the rotation next year will be good and a top 5 seed or top 3 seed is on the way for them next season if they make new additions that upgrade the rotation. Which by default everyone knows why they sucked this year. So, Haliburton being back and Zubac as well being back which are the main factors.
Utah Jazz
After 2 straight 60 loss seasons. Now they have 4 good players. Keyonte George now broke out and averaged 23-24 PPG before Utah benched him. They suffered injuries. They will probably extend Kessler next year since he is a vital contributor to the rebounding end and will be after the injury that sidlined him for the rest of last season. JJJ I think played a game only before undergoing season ending surgery. Everyone was banged up. But, next year at best somewhere between the 6-10 seed I will think they will be around that range. They should also let Nurkic walk since he is washed. As, for Kevin Love veteran presence can be needed for a really young team like this. So we will see.
Wizards
After being the worst team in the league this year yet again. They will improve since Trae Young and AD are both there. Still have Sarr, Carrington, Coulibaly and Kyshawn George. All are good contributors. But, this team won't be complete contenders unless of health issues for sure. So if everyone is healthy Play-in conversations is possible. Since the east will get better and everybody else is completely healthy.
Trailblazers
After being eliminated and blowing many leads. This team has been better but will be more better since Dame will be back next year. Also, will probably be around 6-7 seed conversations next season if everyone is available. They still have Deni, Clingan, Holiday, but they can flip Holiday or Grant, Sharpe and Henderson for Giannis possibly since all are consistent but can score at a good rate. So this is why the Blazers would get better since everyone plays there roles properly and this team is also quite young and not extremely old like the Warriors which are declining.
