They played Cleveland in the first round, and beat them in 5. They played the first seeded Magic, who they lost to in a sweep.

He then re-signed with the Bulls for 18.72 million dollars a year for 5 years.

The Bulls went 47-35, making the playoffs as the four seed. Rose averaged 17, 3 and 12, and ended up missing the all star game. Chicago took on Boston in the first round, who they lost to in 6 games

In 2019, Rose once again missed the all-star game, averaging 16.5, 3, and 12. But, the Bulls were the four seed for the second year in a row, this team going 48-34. They played Detroit in the first round, who swept them.

The very next year, DRose averaged only 15, 3 and 10. The team was bad, going 28-54, obviously missing the playoffs.

DRose averaged 16, 3 and 11. The Bulls made the play-in, going 39-43. They played the 9 seeded Pistons in the first round, who they beat. They played the 8 seeded Sixers next, who they ended up beating, advancing to the playoffs. In the Playoffs, they played the Celtics, who beat them in just 5 games.

In 2022, Rose averaged 12, 2 and 10. The Bulls went 47-35, and ended up as the 4 seed. They played the Bucks in the first round, who they lost to in 6.

Rose re-signed with the Bulls for $4.84 million a year for 3 years, at the age of 34.

In 2023, Rose averaged 11, 3 and 10. Bulls were the four seed, at 46-36. Played the Bucks in the first round, who they lost to in 5 games.

In 2024, Rose came off the bench for the first time, and averaged 6, 2 and 6. The Bulls were 34-48 that year, and were the 10 seed. They played the 9 seeded Hornets, who they barely lost to.
